hey im gonna upgrade my t25 and need some specs on these turbos. what is the most boost you can run with the BT28, B16G, and 20G turbos. what hp are they capable of and what boost should be run with these to be the most efficient. also what is full boost achieved at. i researched the t28 and b16g and know what abouts they get full boost but thats all i found oin the specs of them.

i guess i'll answer... even though searching would yield more results

this is to the best of my knowledge

t28 killer - 550 cfm, full boost at 3.3k
b16g - 550 cfm, boost at 3.5kish
20g - 600 cfm, boost at 4k

t28 killer can efficiently boost < 20 psi
b16g is efficient at 18-22 psi; though still makes power afterwards
20g is efficient at 18-24 psi and makes the most power out of them all, duh

t28killer may be your choice if you plan on having a quick spooling street turbo. similar power to the b16g but limited top end. this is also a good choice if you're 2g, since its bolt on

b16g - 2g's require an install kit. very streetable turbo and full boost at 3.5kish rpms. makes good power [ max i've seen is 350ish whp ]

20g - requires install kit also. makes the most power, but is more of a topend turbo. 375+ on this guy

happy choosing!

you said the t28 was a direct bolt on to a 2G

I plan on getting a 2g manifold for my 1G, will i still need a kit to make my 16g fit or can i just bolt it up to the 2g manifold?

royalty- i'd suggest against going t28 in your 1g. the 16g or the bt28 will bolt up directly to the 2g manifold. If you go to the t28 , you'll have to get waterlines from a t25 and other stuff..

save yourself the hassle and the money and get a 16g. it's a direct swap for you, since you're 1g
