Did this once used a drill and a grinder to put a hole in the center then break the threads be careful not to blow the window with the vibrations tho.
 
Got it fixed!
1. Take ViceGrips, clamp down HARD around where the wrench would go.
2. Turn the bold. Thats it!, no drilling required, the entire bolt come right out!
3. Go to a hardware store and grab the same size bolt, i dont remember what size.. Im sorry.
4. Screw it back in, Done!:D
