Brand new 02 Not switching

For a few days I've noticed that my Idle has been a bit odd. Yesterday I went out with Link to adjust my idle and found that my 02 was not switching. It just sat at 0.04 and occasionally bumped to 0.06. I went ahead and assumed the sensor was dead and went and picked up a new Bosch sensor for $60. Well, I just installed it after double checking the wiring to make sure it's correct - It's doing the same thing. It's not switching. I am entering Closed loop as I should, and as soon as I enter closed loop, my Est FT shoots up into the high 20's.

Some input, quickly, would be much appreciated. This vehicle is wearing on my last nerve.

Can you Post up a log of it warming up an going into closed loop.... probably sounds stupid an doubt it but you are you 100% sure you dont have a exhaust leak ?

I know there's an exhaust leak, but it's so miniscule that it should, in no way, obscure the 02 to a point of it not switching like this.

Also just noticed... It says my coolant temp is at -74* F...

Ah, and out of nowhere - Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit Malfunction. What.. in Gods' name.

Woooow.

Coolant Temp signals Fuel Trim. One of my coolant temp wires was broken from the clip and hanging down...what the hell. I pushed it back in, it started functioning. Now to redo the damned clip..
