Will an evo 8 brake master cylinder work in a 90 tsi? I also want to know what all brake wise can be used on a 90 tsi

Not just can be ... is. OEM = original equipment manufacturer. (A lot of people misuse the acronym, thinking it means "stock part.")

As to the original question, the OP needs to look up the ID of the master cylinders. If they are different, then think about whether you want the change.
