Brake master cyclinder.

I am replacing my brake master cyclinder today but have one question. Anyone know what I can use to plug the brake lines when i remove them from the master cyclinder? Also, with 2 people how long do u think it will take to bleed the entire brake system?

They actually have packets of rubber plugs at the parts store for doing things like brake jobs- just a couple of bucks. Should be on the rack next to the rubber caps packs.

As for how good you guys are at bleeding, I'd not venture a guess. A shop gets it done in fifteen minutes. You could get fancy:

Be sure to bench-bleed the master before installing it.
