What is this round part that is cracked and how do I replace that?
Well I went for a drive around the block and when I turn to the right I hear a grind sound so I just took of the rim to see what it was and that round part was cracked and I think my lock lug nut was lose how tight is that suppose to be?

That's the lockwasher for the axle nut. It's not broken, it's supposed to be split. I torque lug nuts to 100 ft.lbs.

I went for a drive around the block and when I turn to the right I hear a grind sound what from the front driver side tire what could that be?

Its not too difficult. Basically one more step past brake removal. If you have the tools and can do your own brakes it is pretty straight forward. You will need a decent brake-over bar or impact wrench to remove that axle nut though.

make sure you check your cv axel while you have it all apart. it would suck to replace the bearing and then have to trun around and tear it all back apart to change the cv axel

Actually Timken sells the bearing but like he said its so much easier to replace the whole hub assemley. the only way to replace just the bearing is to have a press and air hammer. but take the wheel off, caliper and rotor and spin the hub on the car and listen for the noise. make sure your dust shield is not rubbing on your rotor. that happens alot and people freak out thinking there is something extremely wrong.
