Boxes/relays bolted on battery tray?

What are the two boxes/relays bolted on the bottom of the battery tray? I have cut wires and other wires connected with wire nuts. The wires run under the fuse box and disapear. just trying to better the wire job previous owner did with some solder and see if it's done right. Thanks for the help.
