so i installed a mbc tryed to turn up the boost to 15psi and i will not go over 13 psi, i did a boost leak test and the bov is just leaking back in to the air intake pipe thru the reserc tube. would this stop me from tuning up the the boost to 15psi? no matter how far i adjus the boost controller it wont go any higher but it will go lower tho? could i be over running the turbo trying to get to 15psi with a leaking bov? how much psi will a 1 g bov hold?

The stock 2G bov is pretty weak, especially with age. I wouldn't expect anything over factory boost levels with the stock 2G bov.

An uncrushed 1G bov is good for ~18/19 psi before it will leak.

Yeah the 2g plastic bov's are garbage and when they leak, they leak and yeah it will prevent you from boosting over 13psi. Its said that they can only hold 13-15psi.

A 1g bov is a great cheap upgrade, you can crush it and hold 30psi but just try to find a uncrushed one and a 1g ucip.

Yes. Your turb continues to spin faster to try to make up for the boost your loosing and trying to gain more so it spins way faster than it is capable and quite inefficent..

well i did the garage mod to my 2g bov bench tested it with a compressor and it held 21psi before it started to leak so i tryed it all again and have it set at 15 psi with 1psi of boost spike not bad for building t my self! whats a good psi for 190lpf rewired and stock injectors?

I think the stock injectors run out around 18-19 psi.
but since i see you have 660ccs not installed yet.
i just say you wait till you can get them in:)

well if your running the t25 (stock 2g's) I wouldn't run it more than 14 or 15, I have seen guys run it at 17 but not for long and at that boost its out of it efficiency range so its blowing hot air and not making any more power

Anything higher than 14psi on a stock fuel map is not a good idea without anything to let you know what is going on. Unless you have airfuel control, wbo2 and datalogging.

what kinda trouble turbo or engine trouble ?

Both, without some kind of engine monitor such as a logger, you can't tell whats going on in your motor. It will be knocking wild, but you won't know. Plus you will be running into a really lean situation where you wont be getting the fuel needed. A t-25 can't take much so you will pretty much blow seals and have crazy shaftplay if it doesn't already.
