BOV not venting

I have a 1g bov that is not venting. I bought a 1g bov with the leak stop kit, but the kit was leaking boost big time so I capped the nipple on the bov so it is connected like stock. Now I am getting the tell-tale compressor surge sound.

Not sure what to do.

Contact whoever sold you the leak stop kit and make sure you have it all hooked up right. You could figure out what is wrong with the leak stop kit. I'm guessing it was Dejontool's, so maybe that little box thing is defective.
