I would trade for a good one. No sense is trying to repair that one. If you would the costs in repairs would be close to the price of a new turbo.

well im gonna use the 16g shaft/exh wheel and backplate to swap it... can i use the comp wheel from the 16g too? the 16g is good it just leaks oil...

Damn that turbo does look bad. Def trade for a new one don't bother repairing it. Like JDNSBR, the cost of repairing it more than likely will come close to the price of a new turbo.
