Boosting problem anyone have an idea?

Hey guys

I'm having a bit of trouble, When i boost to 15 psi it seems to miss fire and chugs. I did a boost leak test, I did not find a leak and vac is pulling a steady -20 psi. So what could it be? Tomorrow I'm going to get new wires and plugs. What else could cause it to studer if it boosts fine until i get to 15 psi? i never had this problem before but there is a check engine light on now that i need to get read ( anyone know of a free code reader) anyways i just got done putting a new rebuilt motor in from karking and it boosted fine before winter came and when i pulled it back out after winter this problem came. .

It sounds like the spark is getting blown out. Did you get new plugs? Before you put them in close the gap making it slightly smaller then what they call for that might help some.

Its not fuel cut right? Just want to make sure because of the rebuilt.
