So prior to the install I was boosting 18, now Im boosting 15. Any idea why this would happen? It goes straight to 15 and stays there. Any ideas why it would be doing this? The hose attatched to my BOV is a little pinched, I messed with it a bit and it goes to 16 PSI now so thats what im thinking it is. I did take it apart and shorten it to try and make it less crammed but its still doing it? Any other ideas? Im going to buy a new hose probably after work and try that. Ill try and get some pics up..

And yes I have tightened all clamps

Just because you tightened the clamps doesn't me there is no leak. Perform a proper boost leak test using soapy water and visually and audibly check for any potential leaks. Chances are you have multiple leaks you did not know about if it has never been performed before.

Could be the intake just doing its job, a better free flowing Intake will lessen the restriction.

Also the intake volume could be larger, so the intake holds more air.
