boostin 10psi

Hey, i just installed my boost gauge over the weekend and it only is reading 10psi. i do have a small kink in the line which i will fix in the next 2 days but would that kink now allow for full vacuum to reach the gauge or is it something else?

are you sure your not just boosting 10psi? Thats pretty much stock level. If you say your boosting like say 15, its possible that you have air leaks. Do an air leak test and listen for leaks.

A kink will lock up under vac, and open under boost.

oh okay....i still need to replace my wastegate senenloid cause it's jimmyriged to work cause of of the plastic tubes broke when i was trying to take out that restrictor thing in one of them, i could of made it worst or something, i'll know soon enought....
