ok so on thanksgiving i put my gst into a burnout competition. It did very well but I snaped the drivers side axel. Any ways a couple of days later I replaced it and the car is drivable but it's got another problem it will not boost over 10psi and i'm using a hallman mbc set to 15 psi prior to breaking the axel. I'm very confusedWTF! Any ideas?

Did you check for boost leaks or anything like that? All of the vacuum lines still attached? How you inspected anything?

mbc is connected between the turbo housing and the wastegate. I never had a problem with it ever until the axel broke. Haven't check anything pertaning to the boost tubes yet(waiting for my next day off).

Also would it be only boosting 10 if the other side axel is broken aswell?!?!?!?!

Checked the piping all is fine! then i replaced the faulty IAC motor now it idles better, but it still won't boost over 10 psi. could it be either the wastegate accuator or the maf sensor?:sosad::pray:

I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE IT COULD BE!

When you say you checked all the piping, did you just visually look over everything, or actually pump 20+ psi of air pressure in there and listen while spraying soapy water on connections?

sprayed carb cleaner over the throttle body nothing changed. and used baby powder on the other connections. I don't have a press. checker to use the soapy water way or an air compressor.

I DUNNO ### TO DO NEXT SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT. THANX!:hmm:
