So I have about 500 miles on the new motor and I was thinking about turning the boost up a little when it hits 1000. I am familiar with the usual boost procedures with stock fuel system and the 14b. But my cars has a B16g and a walbro255. I ordered a S-afc and a Hallman pro (550s, fpr, and datalogger are next). Currently I have no boost control, just the wastegate is bypassed so I am only at .5bar (7psi). Is it safe for me to turn the boost up to 10 or 11 psi the way it is?

is there anywhere to get the logger software cheaper than from datalogger.com?

With 10 to 11 psi you should be fine, try getting the software used on dsmtuners class, or ebay. 1000 miles is a good break in period but I wouldn't go and run 20psi right away break in the car gradually, after about 2000 if you want go crazy.

Oh yeah I second the logger

Yea I have heard anywhere from 1-3k miles before raising the boost, im not too sure which to go for. where did you guys get your datalogger software from. i ordered a palm m100, I just need the cable and software
