Boost set on EBC and boosting way higher

I was having a proplem with the clutch disengaging and found out it was that the tranny bolts were loose. when i fixed it the car started pulling harder. I tried turning down the boost but the EBC wasnt woking. I had it set at 24psi but when i turned it down it seemed to get faster. The needle started to bury on my 30-30 boost gauge and started backfiring. Way too high. The A/F dropped down to 10. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe either a hole in the EBC vacuum or a bad solenoid. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I found the problem. I had a hole in the vacuum line off the boost solenoid.
