Ok I'm not ready yet to upgrade the turbo but im going to soon i still have a few other mods left to do. But what im looking for is what is the most psi you can run on stock engine internals like stock pistons, valves, etc.

This is going to be my setup when its all done:

Greddy UICP
Greddy Type S BOV
Supra SMIC
Big EVO III Turbo
Manual Boost Controller
Apex Turbo Cat back
Apex Turbo Downpipe
Walbro 255 LPH fuel Pump
Aeromotive Fuel Rail
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
550cc Injectors

Again what would be the max boost you would run on a setup like that with stock engine internals. Some of the other things i was thinking about upgrading were the pulleys to AEM light weight pulleys and some New Crank Gears.
 
You could probably run 15-16 on the street and about 20 or so at the track assuming you can tune it correctly. More importantly, what do you plan on using for tuning? MAFT, SAFC, SAFC2, link, AEM?
 
Right now after doing the BCS restrictor mod my car is boosting in the 15-16 range. I didnt know if that could be turned up a little if i got a new turbo.

First of all, understand that your question is very subjective, so you will probably get a considerably varied response. The age old "how much boost can I run" question is mostly a matter of your turbo selection, octane rating of your fuel, and supporting mods. For an EvoIII, your stock internals should be good for whatever airflow the turbo can generate, but opinions will vary. I'm currently running an EvoIII at 26 psi on stock internals with water/meth injection. With straight pump gas the best I got to was about 20-21.

Tuning your car will be the only way to be certain of the max boost you can run for your setup. Each car will be slightly different, so it's impossible to give you a concrete answer. Only by monitoring and tuning out knock can you safely raise the boost level. As you continue to raise boost, more heat is added to the intake charge, increasing the propensity for detonation. Eventually you will reach a threshold above which it will not be possible to eliminate the knock through tuning. A point just under that will be your max boost setting.
