boost problemsssss Plz help me out

Well I have a big problem my car will not boost past 10psi I dont have no boost leaks I checked all that. I even changed the o2 sensor and I tryed to find a problem like mine on this forum didnt see anything that could help me. My turbo was blown so I changed it and ever since I did that my car will not boost past 10psi. I gat a boost gauge and a boost controller and I turn it up but still the car will not boost past 10psi, what could the problem be? If you have anything that could help out please post it. Thanks

check youre wastegate make sure something isnt stopping it from making more boost, like the flapper isnt working properly...

I changed the turbo like 4 times I mean 4 different ones and the o2 housing and all that but nothing is working. I dont think its a boost leak cuz I chacked for leaks and my turbo gauge is at -7 so there is no boost leak I dont know what the problem is. My friend has the same problem and we have been trying to find out what it is for a while nothing we do seems 2 work but I know for shure that its not a boost leak.

Its a 93 tsi fwd and the -7 shows on both the stock and the aftermarket gauge... I blew my turbo clened the intercoller and changed all the gaskets and ever since i replaced the turbo the car wont run past 10psi I mean it runs good but not like it did !!

Yeah me and him both have been tryin real hard on figuring out this problem both have the exact same setup his talon and my car they pull nice till 10 psi but wont go past that 10 psi also the car used to pull hell of alot nicer in higher rpms the higher u went in the rpms the nicer the pull now its just hard to figure out the problem we have tried everything and anything in the book but no luck so far replaced o2 checked for boost leaks also for exhaust leaks nothing one weird thing is that when my car is really cold like in the morning or when its cooled down completely it will boost to 14 psi once it gets heated up i goes back to 10 psi , could it be a clogged up cat converter........running out of ideas
