Boost gauge? plz help!

ok i have an apexi avcr boost controller, now i have,nt touched the controlls since racing concept installed it and set the boost for me. now when he told me what the boost was, i noticed that he didnt really sound like he knew anymore than me about the car. this whole time since he installed it has been installed he has said the check engine light was on because of my wastegate not working right. well the more i have been on this website the more i have learned. my car has since started burning oil, the A/F ratio is always reading 20 on my turbo timer, just a bunch of bs. well after studying up on a wack manual for the avcr i see that its metric, I didnt know, well unless i am wrong, PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I AM. Than 1.27 on my boost controller is around 18lbs of boost. wich would explain why i have hit my fuel cut more than once. If anyone can tell me if im right or wrong on this i would appreciate it thanx. this is what it says from the website. looks metric to me.

18.4 Lbs of boost...
No wonder your hitting fuel cut!!!

You need to drop it to about 1bar or a little under 1bar (.9) till you can get a fuel pump or some sort of fuel modifications. Heck even with a couple fuel mods I still wouldn't run 18lbs on the t-25 turbo.

Drop it back down to 0.9-1.0 bar and leave it around there. Also go ask the installer if he thinks it's wise for you to run 18lbs of boost on basically a car with intake and exhaust and when he says no ask him "Well why did you set me to run that much then!!!!!".

bah Come to find out, I got a bad silanoid from apexi, the boost controller, just didnt work. So I got home and when i parked, The clutch pedal didnt come off the floor. haha. Guess the gods have spoken, I just ordered the act 2600 and flywheel, that i was too scared to dish out the money for.
