boost leak tester blew off..vacuum leak?

ok i was redoing my vacuum lines today because the guy i bought the car from had them every where,and i noticed that the vacuum line coming off of the turbo(not the wastegate) was plugged.so i tapped it back in to the line coming off the wastegate like the vacuum diagram in the manual shows. then that line runs to my apexi boost solinoid the it comes off of that into the intake tube..so i started to do the boost leak test and i noticed that the line coming off the boost solinoid(going to the intake tube) was leaking.so i put my finger over it to stop it and a few seconds later the boost tester blew off...what could be wrong? is that line not supposed to be hooked up to a apexi boost solinoid or something???any help would be great...thanks

If you're leak tester blew off that means it built up more pressure than it could hold. This could be simply because the tester was not on tight enough. The good news is that it blew off because the air had nowhere else to go because you had sealed all of the leaks.

Is it the vacuum line from down near the turbo? If so, yes, I believe so.

its the vacuum line coming off the boost solinoid to the intake tube which t's off and goes to the turbo and wastegate solinoid...

Yes. Just like with a manual boost controller there is a vent to allow the wastegate to close when you let off the throttle. When I do a BLT I zip tie the line going to the MBC or Boost Solenoid in your case. That way I can hear for other leaks.
