doing the leak test I found a vacuum/boost hose disconnected and can't find what it is supposed to connect to. It is a yellow dashed hose and that traces back to the throttle body and other places. The disconnected part is going towards under the battery. where does it go!

That sounds and looks like the evaporative emmissions canister hose, or else it might be your purge control valve. Check those 2 places and see if it fixes the problem. If you look directly underneath the battery tray way back in the corner you can see a little nipple that sticks out. See if that nipple has a hose off of it. Also another thing is to follow the other hose that goes back there and see what that is connected to. It is a way to eliminate the possibilities. Let me know what you fin dout and if need be I can take pics and send you them to show the locations.

It's one of the vacuum hoses for the evap canister.
Now, if this is the one running to under the battery like you described, read on.

I think the best way to it is to pull your battery and take the tray out.
Afer it's out, you will be able to see the charcoal canister.
The yellow dashed vacuum hose connects to a valve directly next to it.
There are three hoses connected to this.
1. yellow dashed
2. red dashed
3. One of then is a larger hose that runs directly to the intake mani I believe. If you follow this hose back, you will see the nipple that the yellow dashed vacuum hose connects to. You It's right above it.

You can also follow the red dashed hose. The yellow will connect right under it.

I hope this helps

I went and checked and a nipple is broken off the purge control and it is filled with dirt. I must have been driving like this for a while, plugged the hanging vacuum line at it runs crazy better. ill get a new one when i can.
One more question. I heard a dripping noise from under the valve cover(like a consistent drip drip drip) when pressure testing at the turbo inlet and air leaking out the throttle at the throttle body, is this normal?

I'm not sure about the dripping noise(except it shouldn't do that...LOL).
No, you shouldn't have air escaping at the TB. Could be BISS screw, vacuum line, shaft seals or TB gasket. All of which are easy to fix.
Do another boost leak check and locate exactly where it's leaking.
Use dishsoap/water in a spray bottle and spray everything(TB, vacuum hoses, IC pipes, compressor housing, BOV, etc). Then one by one fix all of them.

Oh and since it's broken, plugging the vacuum line as you did is the best thing for now.

Good luck
