Boost Leak Maybe

Shorten the boost controller hoses. It's way to long.

Why is it that your boost controller taped so many places by the manifold 0:09 pause it? Is it me or do you have your boost controller and boost gauge tapped to the same source. Your boost controller suppose to connect to your turbo housing/ intercooler pipe and wastegate. Search for boost controller install and boost gauge install.
When did this started to happen?
edit:
I guess it's feeding time LOL

Yup routed the wrong way, should look like this (drawings aren't good but it gets the point across easily).

Not sure about the sound cut from the turbo, might want to check you didn't damage it (take the intake off, look for play). It sounds like compressor surge, since it wasn't connected correctly you might have done some harm to the turbo. Can't hurt to check, check the play (in/out and side/side)

Redo the boost controller as mentioned above, take the intake pipe off and check the turbo for play also. You need to perform a boost leak test starting at the throttle body and using soapy water to look for leaks.

It does sound like true compressor surge which is when the motor cannot utilize all of the air going in and ends up going back through the compressor wheel. That can also happen when the throttle plate closes and the BOV is not functioning.

Have you driven it or just free reved? If you did drive it, how did it feel, what did it sound like, did you make any boost etc?

no it really didnt make any boost at all but i felt a push on 1st gear nothing crazy though

It was always like this? Sounds dumbs but have you checked your intake track for any blockage. I've heard stories of people working on the vehicle, putting a rag in the pipe and forgetting to take it out upon installation.
