Boost leak at throttle cable

Just did a boost leak test and fixed some issues but now I have one I think where the throttle cable connects to throttle body. If I turn the throttle by hand it gets louder. What do I need to do to fix that leak? I already replaced the gaskets for both sides of throttle body.

You need to replace the throttle body shaft seals.
