I think I might have a boost leak but I'm not totally sure.

Heres the deal, car idles normal and everything and then when I floor it it goes all good and well till about 4500RPM then like just stops boosting and flews a little jumpy but if I take my foot off the gas and press the clutch in then take off it finishes boosting fine. Would that be a boost leak? My EGR Valve is messed up to I heard that could be the problem. Anyone have this same problem???? Help please

Thanks

The temperature has changed all across the country with that huge cold front. The less dense air has made my boost go up to 17 then drop to 14 when just the other day it held fine at 14 without creeping. I thought something was messed up but my friend told me it was the cold air. Just a thought! See if it stops in the next few days when it warms up again. :thumb:
