i have a problem w/ my boost creeping to around 20psi at WOT around 5000 rpm+. Around this point Obviously w/ out safc or other fuel controller i get fuel cut very easy.

i think the problem is when i installled my sbr big 16g i didn't port my O2 housing. My main question is, Is it possible to remove the O2 housing w/ out removing the trubo, so i can take it out and port it.

Here are my mods:
SBR big 16G w/ larger wg flapper
3" DP and 3" rsr exaust
Joe P MBC was set at around 14psi
Full dejon tool ic piping w/ dejon smic <-No Leaks Tested
greddy type-s BOV
walbro 255 w/ afpr

autometer egt gauge
vdo boost gauge
pocketlogger my car
i always run 94 octane
this should be all of mods relevant to engine performance

safc II, 550 or 650cc, and greddy profec a on the way.

I'd really like to figure this problem out before further mods so i don't problems

by the way it still has boost creep w/ mbc screw backed out all the way.

You can remove the O2 housing + Turbo Exhaust housing, but there's _no way_ you can remove those bolts/stud from the housings while it's still on the car.

I just did this (with a lot of help) this weekend.

Undo the three bolts + stud (or four bolts) from the top of the exhaust manifold. Disconnect the downpipe. Slide the housings towards the driver side of the car, being careful not to damage the exhaust turbine. The turbo will stay there (thanks to the oil/water fittings). It's heavier than it looks, be careful :)

Then, remove the bolts, hog that biatch out, put it all back together, and you're done.
