i'm putting on an e316g with extremepsi's 2g install kit, 680 injectors, walbro 190, safc2, ngk bpr7es, accel thundersports. any suggestions from previous experience...hints...specil tools. nething that will make the install easier or less time consuming? the more response the better, since i have never done this before (kinda nervous LOL). :barf:

hmm i know theres like a bajillion people out there that have done this same setup. ne hints or suggestions...ne1, u can't be more scared to reply then i am to do the installation LOL.

no need to bump your posts, but i did the 16g install on a 2g. its real straight foward and there really is no tricks. take your time and use some common sense. before you take of your existing turbo make sure to get your manifold hot so you dont break the 3 bolts or stud holding the t-25 up. make sure you use new crush washers. make sure you build oil pressure by cranking the car w/the coil disconnected before firing it off. check for all leaks/etc. take your time and youll be ok.

Do them in two stages, first the turbo then the fuel system. This will make troubleshooting easier if problems occur. Make sure the install kit comes with Banjo bolt copper crush washers and those tiny aluminum crush washer for the oil return flange bolts. You might also want to search a little on boost creep and port the exhaust manifold, turbine housing and o2 housing while you have them out.

BTW Do not re-use turbo bolts. Good luck.

as stated, pretty straight forward. the only suggestion i would make...if this is your first time swap to get/borrow a digital camera and take pictures along the way. things tend to take longer than first anticipated and pictures will make sure you get it together right the first time.

when you sed the coil disconnected were you referring to the spark plug wires?...so install turbo..start the car make sure no problems. then do the fuel?...hopefully i can tune it myself im kinda nervous. plus lucky for me my gauge cluster went out so i can't read rpm's. hopefully i get that fixed really quick cuz none of the fuses r blown
