I had been reading on a simple remedy on the rear tire camber or toe-in when lowered over 1.5"

Who has done this mod and how safe is it? I would like to hear from members who had done it and any problems encountered.

I saw it being peddled for $45 bucks, but Im not gonna pay that much for 8 bolts and washers.

Done right - as in, the new bolts are long enough to provide as many threads as stock - it is perfectly safe.

I saw this mod on vfaq.com and was wondering if it can be done on an AWD 1g. I took a quick look at my suspension and I wasn't seeing what was shown in their pics. Do I just need to keep looking?

No it wont work on the 1g awd. You will need to cut and lengthen the upper arms to correct your camber. http://taboospeedshop.com/ Midway down the page

Alright, thanks. I was pretty sure you couldnt but sometimes you have brain farts.
