Alright, this started happening pretty recently, but its gotten to the point where i cant go into boost at all unless WOT or the car noticably loses power.
I dont know what this could be, any ideas?

most people would say boost leak, which is the most probable problem. but it could be a number of things as well. clogged fuel filter, clogged air filter, or impurities in fuel system.

i have a blt and im going to test it tomorrow hopefully if i can find a coupler..

i have a new fuel filter, prob around 6 000 miles on it?
and the air filter seems to be in fairly good condition also.

im just confused to how it bogs under boost when partial throttle, but pulls fine under WOT

i remember when my car sat for about 6 months that when i started driving it it bogged really bad all the time. when new fresh gas was put in there and seafoam was put in it went a lot better. however i just want to say this that everyone will say its a boost leak but thats just looking at it at the surface. good luck

Boost leak test is usually the first thing to do to rule out but it should pop as well at wot. First thing I'd do is get rid of the iridium plugs and get a set of NGK BPR6es in it. I had the iridiums in mine and had all kinds of problems. Was a big improvements just switching the plugs. Set the gap at about 28 as well if you haven't already figured that out from the site.

I agree about swapping out the iridiums plugs, if you have not done already. Gap new plugs at .028.

Try a boost leak test and possibly check the TPS. It is probably fine, but it wont hurt even though a boost leak is more then likely your problem.

alright, i attempted at the blt today, but i couldnt get it to work. i might go back out in a little and try again.

are the vacuum lines on the intake supposed to be plugged when you remove the intake to do the test?
also, i used a bike pump and tried a little pump that hooks up to the cig lighter would this be enough?

i couldnt get any pressure at all, would i have to worry about valve overlap? what else could it be.

The valve-train will be slightly open and should slowly leak out pressure. If you have a gauge on it and say its 100 psi then its deflation rate should be somewhere around 5 psi/second. Thats what happened in mine. Also everything should be hooked up as it would if you were driving except for the intake before the turbo.
How much pressure can those two pumps make?
Otherwise bring it to a gas station with a free air pump and test it using that. Good luck
