blue smoke...little help

I have a 99 gst w/ 76k in it. It's stock except for 3" exhaust from the manifold back. (no cat) I took it for an oil and air filter change, the day after, it was smokin blue out of the tailpipe. There isn't a lot of smoke, but enough to cause concern, since the car didn't do that before. The oil change guys put in 1/2 qt too much, so I let some out. Still smokin. You can only see it at idle, or when you first accelerate. The runs fine, I checked in / around the turbo, looked ok. I replaced PVC valve, that was pretty worn out. I just did that today, but the car still smokes. It might be getting better, I can't really tell. Maybe valve seals? Any suggestions / comments would be appreciated. Thx

90% of the time it is the valve seals.
76K is up there...
However the 1/2 qt over will not do that much as far as harming anything.
maybe a bad rear seal on the turbo? (metal ring getting worn down letting some by)
(again I am used to dealing with T3's so if the T25's are different do not bite my head off)
What kind of condition is the turbo in actually? ever been rebuilt? if not then it is getting about that time anyway.

If you notice no power loss, its more than likely your valve stem seals. I had this problem...
