blue smoke ( help)

When i start my car it does not smoke at all....I can let it run for 20 mins and runs perfect. As soon as i rev it to 6k 1 or more times on the downrev it puffs out bluish smoke. Anyone...checked turbo and no shaft play or oil anywhere....Also compression a month ago was 150-155 across...maby valve stem seals or guides?

Don't sit in neutral reving your car to 6k.....

As for the blue smoke:

1) Failed oil ring(s) in the block
2) Failed valve seal(s) in the head
3) Failed turbo oil seal

How is the weather there like. Maybe check you PCV and the your motor oil. I've justs found my problem, I just did a oil change with 5-30 and the weather here is starting to get very warm. My car would sit at idle for 3 minutes and blow out bluest smoke, and when reving same thing but driving it goes away. My car runs well and stronge and my comp. was 178 across. So I did another oil change to a more heavyer weight and change the pcv, the smoke went away. You might look into that first, I was assuming valve steams too at first. Hope this helps.

yea ill have to do that and see if it helps...could it also be the that the rocker arm isnt on???cylinder might not be shooting right due to the one valve?
