So I was driving normal the other day and didn't notice a cautionary "bump" sign in the road and didn't get to my brakes in time and after I went over the bump the rear of my car dlammed down and now whenever I hit a bump in the road I hear something clunking/slamming on the left rear... is that my struts or shocks?:hmm:

Could very well have blown out your shock but you would have had to hit it hard or the rear was going anyway... you can jack up the rear side of your car and lift up on the tire... if you can flop it around like a rag doll, it's done for. If not, time to search for something more important.

Gonna say strut or lower control arm / bushings, or maybe even just the spring.
