well i searched and searched, theirs so many answers so im letting u guy's know EXACTLY whats up with mine.

yes im doing a compression test tomorrow:

heirs what going on, i have been driving car for fee months everything checked and recent external waste gate mod/ported everything out.

today coming from class it smelled liek shit, so i stopped opened hood oil EVERYWHERE !

got back home found out oil from dipstick coming out, long story short replaced pvc valve on VALVE COVER still same thing, i connected hose to dip stick hole and other end to bottle looks like when i hit boost i get oil into bottle, so i have crankcase pressure now

EVERYTHIGN sounds perfect and has lots of power 4wd and chirps them on shift,

so other then BLOWN RINGS can it be else ? like is there any hoses for cranks pressure relief being block under intake ? or any valves ? please let me knwo thanks

It's hard to diagnose based on the vague description. Start with a compression test.

yeah but it throws lots of oil with it, so other then the pcv on valve cover there is int one like under intake manifold ? or back side of block>

even with no dipstick there is oil coming out if it had enough pressure to throw oil out and into, bottle.

right... with no dipstick, all the oil that is splashing around is comming out of the tube because you took the dipstick out. and the reason that it is blowing the dipstick out is because the o-rings on yours may be bad. one of the functions of the dipstick is to check the oil level and to block the tube so it does not throw oil out.
you are just thinking too hard into it. it MAY be rings. but first crimp the tube a little so that the dipstick is a little hard to pull out of the tube. then if it is still pushing oil from around it while the d.s is still in, then you know that you may have a bigger problem

i put a oem 5$ check valve the one on the valve cover,
Is there any crankcase vents or valves behind block ? something can be plugged or no working ? making more pressure build up in the crankcase??

If your rings were that bad you would have other shit going on with your car. Are you blowing black smoke at all? You would be if your rings were shot. Im not saying they are perfect, but the scenario you think is going on is wrong. You just need to deal with your dipstick o-ring or crimp it or get a new one or something. It has nothing to do with your rings.

Thats my opinion anyhow.

If you have ever actually ruined rings you know exactly what Im talking about.

Thats very true sir,

and i have no smoke at all, sounds perfect everythign runs perfect, just i have never seen this much oil come out of a dip stick, and its underboost only, and i hae had the dipstick lightly in before and never happened, so is there any other crankcase vent system liek i know hondas have a black box on back of block under intake manifodl and its hooked up to the crankcase and vents it out, do dsm's have that ?

COULD it be TO MUCH oil ??

No they dont have any black box to vent out pressure, A tired motor will also create to much crank case pressure and pop your dip stick out regardless of new o-ring. I think STM sells a dipstick tub with a spring so it will not pop out anymore.

anyway to get that pressure out faster or better ?

its usually caused by excessive blow by in a worn out engine..Crimping the top is a band-aid fix. Check your pcv valve make sure its venting correctly. And if its the stock motor with a lot of miles then its just worn out.

yeah which means bad rings, but this car consumes ZERO oil and no smoke EVER even when cold barely any smoke, so i don't think its rings and there is nothing else that would cause pressure, so i was thinking bad ventilation i replaced pvc on valve cover, is ther

He bought a new one. . .

OP, your cheap $5 PCV valve is likely the problem. I've never actually come in contact with one that actually holds boost. Your "OEM" valve is not oem (original equipment manufacturer) for mitsubishi.

Wait..

so u guys are saying that the pcv on valve cover, is getting boosted by the intake and boost is going into the valve cover down to crankcase and going out of dip stick ???

so if i unhook the pvc plug the intake hole and still get pressure out of the dipstick would mean the engine is fuxur =bad rings right ?

if so ill go test it out right now.

Make sure you put in a catch can in case your motor is really bad. The pcv hole in the valve cover has to be threaded with a fitting that will allow this as the pcv valve will possibly seal with nothing on the other end drawing it open (when in vacuum) and youll get lots of smoke out the tail pipe.

Aswell, don't forget to seal the port on the intake manifold. You get lots of smoke if that's open when you're in boost because of running too rich.

ok heres what i did, left open the pvc port on valve cover to atmosphere straight open, and capped of the port on intake manifold, and its alot better, but seems like a tiny bit of oil still came out,

so question is How do i get more presure form the crankcase out ?

Where is the oil coming out of now? still the dipstick? if it's a tiny bit still coming out there, you need to check seal on it. Some can come up there still if the oil "sees" there's a way to get out.

The best way to get the pressure out the crank case is to use the factory pcv valve. The crank case can build up with pressure over time as the motor is revving/boosting naturally. With a working factory pcv valve, when the motor is in vacuum, it opens the pcv valve and actually sucks out the building vapors. And as thus frequently drws down the pressure in the case to near zero so that no pressure have time to build up.

This also doubles to remove alot of the soot that otherwise collects in the oil.

I understand, thank-you very much sir for your help!
u explain everything so so good, but yeah out of the dipstick a tiny bit, i was thinking about getting like a vented oil cap or something or making some kind of vacuum to get it out but yeah ill go and get another dip stick and that's seems to be all.

because if it be bad rings i would be able to tell right ?

and when i do compression test what should it be ?

You're right. You would have smoking out the tail pipe with bad rings.

Factory service manual: 178psi, service limit 133. Remove spark plugs, upper intercooler pipe from tb elbow, and open throttle plate when cranking.
