Blown hg, rings or valve seals please help

well i was testing my car out doing a few pulls and something went wrong, when i pulled over there was smoke coming out of my exhaust. it is white smoke not blue witch leads me to believe its my hg. but it only does it at idle when i drive there is no smoke at all. thanks jim

My first guess would be a headgasket. But I suggest you do a compression and leakdown test to find out exactly where it is.
