I have been reading on this topic for over an hour and I am a little lost and looking for some more direct help. So far I have come to conclude I need to check the MPI relay or alternator. This has happened before and hasn't for awhile, like for a few months. Before it would happen while driving and I just had to replace the fuse once or twice and I was good, now when I turn the key to the on position, the fuse blows immediately and that did not happen before. So this is why I am not sure whether to start checking the relay, the alternator, or start checking out the harness. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have you checked for exposed wiring? I just went through this after i got a oil pressure gauge and and removed the spade off of the stock acorn and it winded up grounding itself out and blowing my alternator and 80 amp alt fuse 2 times before i figured it out.

I gave up looking at the wiring for today. I'll be looking it over completely tomorrow. My car is stuck halfway down the drive way baking in the sun and it is too damn hot to be sitting outside.

Romeen- Like a orange rubber cap, if so yes?

Check for shorts in the MPI relay, Front and Rear O2 Sensors, Engine Coolant Sensor and MDP Sensor. I went through this problem recently and it turned out my o2 sensor was shorted around the ecu plug harness. I know its very frustrating but hang in there and you will find it. Its usually something dumb and easy to fix.
