Why am I blowing smoke when I shift in and out of overdrive. I have a crack in my exhaust manifold thats the only thing I could think of. The smoke is blue white. What do you think it could be? I tried to see if it would smoke if I down shifted into 2nd and a little bit of smoke comes out but when I shift into and out of OD it pours out blinding the traffic behind me.

Stock T-25? check for shaft play. Might be time for upgrade.
Also check for your coolant fluid. (if it is ok your Head Gasket is ok)

Trying driving slow and don't spool your turbo. See if you see any smoke. I had a similar problem and mine ended up being my turbo seals. I had no shaft play either. An easy check would be remove your intake pipe and check around where it connects to the turbo and see if you have some oil in there.
