2G Blowing ignition fuse

ive tried looking for bad grounds but I didn't see any... I cleaned the battery terminals and everything but nothing yet... I just had the head gasket and head rebuilt any ideas that can lead me to solving this problem the car won't start and not even the lights on the dash go on.. It died on a light and never turned back on..

you have a short somewhere causing the fuse to blow . if the fuse blows the car wont start. do a close visual inspection to see if any wires are pinched .

When does the short occur? Soon as battery is connected? Soon as you key on position? Key to start position?

Check all battery lines that run near hot places possibly melted the sheeting or moving parts like belts.
