Ive searched, and havent found the wire colors for the blower motor. Person i bought the car from gutted the interior and moved a lot of stuff around, blower motor was SUPPOSED to still work, sure doesnt... Turn the fan switch on, nothing happens, no clicks like a lot of you get. What are the wire colors that power the blower motor? Im going to try 12v to it, see if the motor took a dump. THANKS!

Your 12V runs through the heater relay and then to the blower motor. The Blower speed swich controls the ground path. I would turn the key on and see if you have 12V at the blower motor. If you have power on both sides, you don't have a ground circuit. If you don't have power on either side, you don't have power to the heater. If you have power on one side and no power on the other, you have an open circuit inside the motor.

There is a 30 amp fuse (#16) for the heater relay switch side and there is a 10A fuse (3) for the control side of the relay.

If you don't have a ground, you can apply your own (a good reason to own a "power-probe" :sneaky: ) and see if it works. You then know you only have a ground problem. The ground runs through the resistor pack (except on high) and then to the switch (which provides the final path to ground). If Don't have Hi then it's not a resistor problem, but a feed, blower, switch or ground problem.

I went ahead and tried your suggestions, and heres what i came up with.

yellow/green wire, and a white/blue wire to each plug, with a plug on each side of the blower motor. On the driver side plug, no power, however good ground on the yellow/green wire. Right side plug is dead.. no 12v and no ground.

My diagrams only show 2 wires to the blower motor: blue/white and black/white.
Yup, you were right, i was probing the wrong damn wires.. you're the man! i now have a heater again. :thumb:
