I've got a 1996 2g eagle talon. I've owned it for a few years and never had ac. Passing it on to my oldest son as a first car. I would like to fix the ac before that. The vents will get ice cold but will not push any air out. I'm assuming it's either the blower motor or some fuse or relays. Not sure we're the relay or fuse is for the blower motor. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

Does the blower motor work for the heater (because it's the same one)? If no, turn key to on (engine stopped) and with blower connected, ground the blower's large black-yellow wire (or unplug blower switch to ground the black-yellow there). If blower works, the blower, fuses, and relay are all good. [If not check the inside fusebox 30A "heater fuse" and 10A "heater relay" fuse.]

So if blower worked, the blower switch is nearly always the problem. [A small possibility is the blower switch's large solid black wire is no longer connected to ground.] The blower resistors can also be burnt out but that's only in the not high position - so if high doesn't work, it's the blower switch (or it's black wire ground).
