Well i want to do a blockoff on my TB, to block the FIAV outlet. I have heard of using JBWeld, and was thinking of doing that, but someone mentioned that it is unsafe?? Why? Any other methods of doing this that are reccomended? I checked out the vfaq one where the guy makes a big plate but any other ways u guys have used successfully? thanks! :talon:

why are you so inclined to do this mod?

Well i was reccomended as a cause of idle surge, and i have been thru basically everything else and decided to give this a try. The car had the coolant lines removed from the FIAV when i got it but i see the FIAV is not actually blocked off. Im still not 100% on setting to do it, i just wanted to see ways that guys have gone and done it.
