Toronto,
One day my car just out of the blue started to idle really bad..i mean like 100 rpm bad and would just start up and die at times. So I checked the BISS and fixed the idle through that. Now I notice a slight idle surge, like 100 RPM difference.

I'm thinking the o-ring on the BISS needs replacing, cause the screw is literally feather light to screw in. If the o-ring was fine, should there be at least SOME kind of pressure as I adjusted the BISS?

Check for boost leaks. Replace everything that you find. If the o-ring on the BISS is bad then you'll know via a boost leak test.
