BIG holset low hp high boost?

Well I got the car tuned a few weeks ago and was a little disappointed. Im running a newly rebuild holset hx35 12cm t/s with t/s manifold, All supporting mods at 25 psi with alcohol injection on pump. Only made 348hp n 373 lbs. From what I read this is very low. Im thinking cams or turbo is the problem. Hp also falls off in higher RPMS. How many holset users at this psi making low numbers too?? Ill post a log and dyno map. car runs good just very concerned. Full mods are in profile AFR AT 11.5-11.7

All ready checked- no boost/exhaust leaks, mechanical timing spot on, compression 150 across

If your turbo was going bad it wouldn't hold boost and would smoke. Your stock intake manifold isn't helping you at the top end especially being 2g. You said your mechanical timing is right on but that does not mean that you have the best timing in the tune.

What's your timing at the higher rpms? How much vacuum are you seeing at idle? (900rpms) With those cams you should see about 11-14 if its higher then 15 I would say the cams need to be degreed.

What is the alcohol mix that your using? I have very good luck with 1 gallon of -20 windshield washer fluid mixed with 4 (yellow) bottles of HEET. I run 30+ psi with 19* of timing at the top end.

I think boost driven is right and I say tuning more so than mani. But I would eventually get rid of the 2g mani as well. It's interesting how the tq numbers are higher than the hp #'s. At 25psi I would think the car should be in the 400+whp range.

At 25 psi, I would think over 400 too. My methanol is snow performance stage 2 with there brand of 50/50 mix. Turbo dont smoke, rebuild by JMX JUSTEN !! My timing is in the log(look for tps over 90%) I do have a jmf smim and a bbk 75mm tb waiting to be installed. Gota figure out what to do with the battery first. Timing is around 7-8 at peak torque going to about 13-14 at redline? So its the 2g intake holding out on me? Thanks guys vacuum at idle is around 10-11 inches btw

Get some adjustable cam gears and dial that in, 10inHg at idle? That sounds off center for a mild cam. Could be a big part of your problem.

Also, timing only in the low teens on pump + meth?

I would think that you would be able to run more timing with the alchy injection. I'm running almost exactly the same timing on pump 91 and 25psi on my 20g with one of those new 11 blade billet compressor wheels.
