so i wired up the o2 eliminator setup, and decided to put it in a alluminum box under the seat, as it turns out box became charged from some of the wires not being completly covered, and the box hit some metal under the seat and blew the motor fuse. i covered up the wires and replaced the fuse and everything was good until the box hit some metal again and shorted again, but this time it didnt blow the engine fuse or any of the other fuses, and now the engine misfires and runs like crap, and i have no idea what is wrong, does anybody have any ideas of what happened?

if anybody could help that would be great this is one problem that is beyond my knowledge, i just got done swapping a manual and awd into this car and i really need it running again.

you ned to get rid of that eliminator ASAP! If it was for the rear o2, just put the senso back and deal with the CEL. AS for fixing your issue, at this point i can only assume that you've burned somethign up by having that box short out multiple times. You may try and borrow and ECU to see if that helps.
