What will I all have to get in order for the 16g to run smooth and how it's supposed to? Bigger injectors? Walbro 255? What's all I'll need?

You can run a B16G on the stock fuel system, but only at a low boost level. I am running 20 pounds on mine (still on stock intercooler at the time) with 550's, 255HP, SAFC II and an Aeromotive FPR. It kind of just depends on how much power you want to make.

15psi should be enough for the start. But I do plan on pushing more than that. So, should 15psi work just fine for now (without any fuel mods)?

Buy a logger, No one on here can tell you what boost level you can or cannot run. Every car is different.

Exactly, the 450's should handle 15 psi on that turbo fine, but I don't know about the stock fuel pump. You need to have some way of telling what your fuel mixture is.

I know when my buddy first put his 16G on, all RRE recommended was a FPR so he could raise his fuel pressure slightly to compensate for the extra air flow.

Anyway, I would recommend getting a logger as well. That would be the best bet to making sure you don't blow your short block apart.

My T25 is currently running 15psi without a problem. So I'm assuming that the 16g should work fine at 15psi as well, right?

if the t25 placed as much air @ 15psi why do you need to swap out to a b16g???? think about what you are saying a t25 dose not flow nearly as much air!!! you should not swap till you read up on this stuff....just my $.02

just get a logger best 150 bux youll spend! and then you wont kill your engine.

Where can I find an $150 logger from? There's a guy selling an SAFCII where I live. Should I get that instead for like $150. Should I get that instead?

You will want both a logger and a type of fuel management (AFC or DSM Link, ect). The logger does just that, it logs information. The fuel management is also self explanatory, it manages the fuel, but you can't manage the fuel very well without logging to get the information about what you are changing. Also remember to look at your timing curve or knock, if you go higher on the boost, you will overrun the stock IC.
