Okay so I my question is what size injectors should I get for my setup?
Setup:
MHI big 16g
Evo 9 fuel pump
Stock AFPR
Managment:
Evoscan
AEM boost, AEM UEGO gauges
ECUflash with Ceddy mods 1.9C beta
Other mods in profile.
My top goal is to make around 350whp, daily driven
I do not plan on getting a bigger turbo, If i did it would be a 20g.
I'm thinking something like 850cc's, What do you guys think?

My friend is running evo 9 fuel pump at 20psi on a evo 16g, no issues. If you have dsmlink save yourself time and money just get 1000cc injectors to future proof.I am running 1000cc at just around 50% idc on a 16g.

Well I have ECUflash with Ceddy mods, same thing.
Are you or your friend running the stock AFPR?

The thing is, is that I am not going any bigger than a 20g turbo. Strictly on 93 pump gas, but I want 350whp.

Every car is a little different I run a 255 she runs a evo 9 we both are using stock fpr, but a good $200 insurance to get a fpr is not a bad idea.I would personally just grab the 1000cc injectors any brand is fine, if your tuning stuff works well with them.Every car is a little different like I mentioned before so 350whp I can't say yes or no without it coming out as a guess. If your staying stock turbo's I would just get a evo3 16g of fp hta68, everything after that gets exspensive. You will be just fine with the evo3 16g and if get some 272 cams you will be right around 350whp maybe not exactly that high of numbers but close. All the rest is up to your suporting mods give it to you, those horsepower number are not all in the turbo, this is one of those things you really have to hit the dyno to give you an idea what your ganna get.We can guess all day but intel you do it is when you will know.:thumb:

Well compair:
Big 16G: 1.893" inducer, 2.680" exducer, flows 550CFM
EVO 16G: 1.903 inducer, 2.680" exducer, flows 550CFM
Not worth it to upgrade, to me an EvoIII 16g is like a special edition of the big16g.
I am stuck with this turbo till it blows.
If I could find 1000cc injectors for under $230, then I would take them.

Don't forget the evo3 16g hotside is 2.75 lbs lighter then the others.:p

Quote from Force performance site:
"The EVO III 16G features a slightly larger compressor wheel than the previous Big 16G. It also uses an improved turbine housing design, which offers better boost control, direct fitment with the EVO III O2 housing, and weighs in 2.75 lbs lighter than the old style 7cm housings."
Not to much of a difference.

Copy and paste ftw.But non the less there is no real big difference in any of the 16g's.It only depends on how much money you want to spend you will get about the same results, oviously better results if you spend more money.:D

I am currently running an HTA 68, fp exhaust mani, 680 inj, HKS 272 cams, with ceddy 1.9, stock bottom end, with meth at 25psi and i hit 378hp.

Get 1000cc injectors and never upgrade them again!
