I was searching and couldnt really find an answer on this

but with this set up how much HP could it handle and what would I be running quarter mile and HP wise

2G pistons and 1g rods (i know its said 450 hp but is that crank or wheel?)
Big 16g
3 in exhaust
intake
550cc injectors
S-AFC II
255 pump

I am more interested in 1/8th mile times since thats what we have here

plus i dont have the car running so i cant just go run it

i have to rebuild the engine and all

oh and what PSi should i run with and with out the fuel mods?

The Big 16G is rated at 350-380hp but it will take some serious tuning to get to that point. You need an AFPR, your stock regulator is being overrun with that 255, it will be much easier to tune with a linear fuel curve. I would say that with that set-up(including afpr) you might reach 320 to the crank, maybe 260 to the wheels, every car is different though. Your times are going to be based heavily on your driving skills, I don't care to speculate; people have run anywhere from a high 16 to a low 12 on the stock turbo so figure it from there with the B16G. If the engine is rebuilt correctly, it should handle in excess of 500hp, it is more than strong enough. You should not run the B16G without the fuel mods so I won't comment on psi for that, with the proper supporting mods I have seen a B16G run at 24psi, that's pushing it and there was a lot of exhaust system porting done, but you get the idea. Good luck with the rebuild.
Peace

thanks for the speedy reply

the reason i said with out fuel mods is cuz i dont have alot of money and that is all going into the rebuild so i wont have the mods for a little while but i hope to get them soon after

well with the fuel kit what psi could i run on 93 pump gas

there is a person here in town that sells race gas so i can get race gas in track day so on 116 octane what psi could i run

I wouldn't hesitate to run 20psi on 93 (provided the car is in good shape) maybe even a little higher depending on my data. On race gas, crank that bad boy up to 24-26, that's probably on the edge of the efficiency curve for the B16G (if not over) but if your EGT's are in line and you are not knocking... Like I said before, every car/driver is different, datalogging is your friend so start small and carefully increase the boost until you are as close to the edge as you are willing to go.
Peace
