I would leave it all on, except the exhaust, and for that wd40 will take it right off.. First of all who's going to see it, secondly it's the best protection there is under there.

thats not what he cares about, he said he was going to paint the car, if you have oil on the car it could screw the whole paint job up

use simple green and a steam cleaner....it will cut right through the oil....just dont do it where you want grass to grow!

You can buy it at almost all auto stores. Its A rubberized paint made to seal everything up to prevent rust.

I made some calls and can't find any detail shop that will do it. My real close friend has a commercial steam cleaning business. I think where just going to wait about another two weeks for the lifts to get installed. Then when they are where going to lift it up high make some sort of a barrier with plastic tarps so it doesn't coat the whole building and go from there. The car is so low that it makes it impossible to do it without a lift.
Some people have said just leave it on there. Yeah i would do that if it was a daily driver. But it isn't this is going to be a strict weekend/ drag car. Probably by then end of the year, spring at the latest, it will be nothing but a drag car and trailered. So with that said i want to have it nice and get this done before it goes to get painted.

Go to one of the drivethrough touchless car wash deals. LaserWash or whatever you want to call it. They have sprayers in the floor that clean the undercarriage.
