best tools for tuning my talon?

im looking into what i need to accurately tune my 92 talon. its got a jdm engine with the yellow top 510's and the evo 16g. i was looking into buying an safc but what else should i get along with it. i have the necessary gauges such as boost egt oil pressure and of course the pointless air fuel gauge. whats the best logger and what not for this set up. also running a 3 inch turbo back hacked maf mbc and a couple other little things. thank you for your time and help

1g obdI pocketlogger. You can see knock, tune for no knock, problem solved. If you have an extra $500 you could get a wideband too.

thank you that will hopefully get my talon tuned as best as possible for now. once i upgrade my fuel system turbo and intercooler i want to have it dyno tuned.
