Best suspension upgrade for awd 95 gsx

I was wondering what is better a coilover suspension or a spring and shock upgrade? In saying that what brand is the best way to go.

i would suggest KYB/AGX shocks and a set of Eibach Pro springs. coilovers are overpriced and not really the best setup. either way go get a set of eiback pro springs...DO NOT get the sportline springs..and then i suggest the KYB/AGX adjustable shocks. or you could opt for some Koni yellows...but for price and effectiveness i suggest the AGX/Pro spring setup.

I've heard many good things about Tokico Illuminas with H&R Sport Springs. This topic has been discussed to death. Try a search in the suspension tuning forum.
