IF a car can make it on a flat bed wiht the wheels off how is a boot gonna stop it.

The ones that use a standard padlock are useless. Padlocks only take a couple of minutes if that to remove.

I personally think this is one of the most efficient ways to immobilize the car. When they try to start the car, the engine cranks but doesn't turn over, which will attract much more attention over something like a car alarm going off. Car alarms go off all the time it gets annoying, so I don't even bother looking at the car, though it does scare the thief off.

Also, that thing above is just a boot. Heh, you could play a dirty trick on somebody with it. :shhh:
