I have a 95 gs-t with a 16g turbo right now running on stock injectors and fuel pump. I know i need bigger in both departments to get full potential out of the turbo, but not sure whats best. I heard 550cc injectors are sufficient to acheive around the 300whp range, which is my goal. My question is what brand of injectors are best since there are numerous brands ranging big time in price? Thanks for your input

If you're getting 550cc, you can get stock Evo injectors. You can run them on an AFC easily and they actually flow 580cc (they're listed as 560 I think).

FICs are a good price, but for that size you can't beat Evos. And yes, 550 is more than enough for a 16g.

Fuel injector clinic yes. It's always good to go big in the fuel department. i would recommend 650cc's seeing as how they are the same price as 550's. and a walbro pump. 190 rewired would be good. but like i said its always good to overkill fuel incase you decide to upgrade your turbo or something.

Cool, thanks for the info. Will I need a fuel pressure regulator with any upgraded injectors?

off topic but related to your vehicle. How was it running totally stock fuel system with a 16g. And this is just a regular 16g right? not evo, big, etc. Did you get any logs with that setup? How were you running? Fuel cut, etc?

You will need an AFPR when you get a larger fuel pump. Injectors do not increase fuel pressure, just the rate of how much fuel you are injecting into your engine.

Redturbo- just to share. I used to run an e316G, stock sidemount, stock fuel. Anything over 13 psi and I would hit fuel cut like no tomorrow. Logs were disgusting with peaks of 10-13* timA. In general, anything over 13 psi sucked. After I got a non-rewired 190, I ran 16 psi with no problems. Anything over 16 psi, again, hit fuel cut.

I have been running FIC 750's for over a year now with a walbro 255 and stock FPR with no problems at all. just remember...man made the eclipse, God made DSMLINK
